Our Process
We create one-of-a-kind products that are made to order, for you. Our signature made on demand process eliminates unsold surplus and landfill waste.
Material Selection
Each item is designed and fabricated using the highest quality plywood and hardwood materials.
Treatment
Prior to its transformation, each sheet of material is treated using a water-based, food-grade shellac that protects and polishes each product. This is the first of 2 rounds of protection.
Laser Engraving
We take each sheet of treated material down to our laser cutter, which has enough power to slice through thick materials, yet the precision to engrave within 1/32 of an inch. Thats about the size of a hair folicle.
Our machines are so precise that we can 3D engrave into virtually any material.
Assembly
The components of each piece are assembled by a team of skilled makers, who ensure that quality is built in.
Finishing
Each item is treated with another coat of water-based, food-grade Shellac. This ensures the materials are protected, give them a slight shine and makes them easy to clean.
Packaging & Shipping
Every order is packaged individually, ensuring that your item is safe and protected as it makes it way to you. We use packaging materials that are recyclable and made from recycled materials.
Once your item ships, we keep you up to date with real-time tracking information until it reaches your hands. A tracking number is standard on every purchase.
