What is your return policy?

Personalized and non-personalized products are made-to-order individually and all sales are final. Each product is engraved with the exact text submitted to us. Please double check all submitted names and photographs prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for spelling or grammar mistakes. If you find a spelling mistake after order submission, email us immediately.

What if my item is damaged?

We do our best to ensure that your item is packaged and shipped properly. In the event you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately with photographs of the damage. We can issue a replacement item or store credit. If an item is faulty, please email us within 30 days and explain the issue. We will work with you to resolve it, in the form of a replacement item or store credit.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure names submitted for personalized products are accurate. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot cancel or make changes.

When will my order arrive?

Every item in our shop is made-to-order. At peak times, orders can take up to 7 business days to ship.

Orders are processed in the order in which they were received, Monday through Friday. Check the product description for production time specifics, especially for large orders or complex items.

Once your item has shipped, you can track your order on the shipper’s website. We are not responsible for shipping delays once orders have left our studio.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Venmo.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are packaged and wrapped in recycled materials. Our packaging changes seasonally and is designed the same way we design our other products.

A laser-engraved 3”x5” note can be included with your gift for $6. You will receive this option at checkout.

If an item is a gift and shipping to a different address, ensure that the shipping address is correct.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we create all sorts of custom accessories, gifts and more. We also have the capability to bring your idea or project to life. Send us an email with ideas, requests or questions. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours

Do you wholesale?

Yes! Send us an email with your store information to apply for a wholesale account. There is a minimum order of $150 for all wholesale orders.
