When are items shipping?
All of our products are made-to-order. Most orders leave within 3-5 business days. Some items may take up to 7 business days.
QuickShip items will depart our studio within 24 hours.
For 2020, all orders placed by December 14th will ship in time to qualify for USPS/UPS Shipping Guarantees to be received before Christmas or the New Year. We will provide the most up to date information from carriers.
We will always contact you directly if there is any production delay. Any order experiencing a production delay will be given the option for an exchange, credit or refund, no questions asked.
Once an order departs our studio, individual shipping delays are out of our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based upon speed of service and distance.
QuickShip items qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping is USPS Ground
1-6 days, based on distance. A tracking number is complimentary and will be provided as soon as your order leaves our studio.
(eg. New York to Los Angeles is 6 business days in transit. )Expedited Shipping is USPS 3-Day Priority Mail.

How do I get a tracking number?
A shipping notification will be sent to you once your item has shipped. All shipping services provided include a tracking number.
Customs, taxes and duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to international customs, taxes and/or duties. Customs processing may add a few business days to your shipping time, and will vary for each country. Customs and duties are charged based upon a buyer’s country and is in no way affiliated with the seller. Seller is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes of shipping items.
